Before photo shows patient 8 years after left breast cancer treated with "lumpectomy" and radiation therapy. Routine follow-up MRI noted ruptured right breast implant. A total capsulectomy was preformed using textured implants, Strattice®, right breast mastopexy and left breast fat grafting for enhanced symmetrization as well as reduced risk of recurrent capsular contracture.
