Seven years after autologous fat grafting to temple, brow, cheek/lower lid junction and mandible (jawline). Note: maintenance of volume in brows, temple and cheek (reduced vertical lower lid crescent---red line), improved lower lid position (no scleral show) and width of mandible. The lips are smaller and more contracted with no treatment and seven years of continued aging. The elevated brows are compensation for increased ptosis
