When do you start?

There is no right age. After age 28-30 your body begins it’s slow inexorable process of degeneration. It is best to keep up with these changes as opposed to playing “catch-up”. With this early intervention, healthier tissue leads to better healing and results will never appear drastic or dramatic. There is no specific order of intervention (see diagram). In our system all layers of facial aging are addressed. Judicious use of the methods produce a synergism that results in superior aesthetics and anti-aging.
 

Generally skin care is better at preventing changes than reversing them. Around thirty years of age, muscle rebalancing with Botox® is required because the underlying support for the facial muscles erodes via bony and soft tissue atrophy. Volume replacement using fat grafting and injectables is best commenced before the soft tissues have shifted and fallen. Replacement at this time restores youthful volume and contour, thus slowing future descent. Facelift or repositioning is necessary when the deep layer has begun to slip off the
