Non-Invasive Breast Lift
What Is a Non-Invasive Breast Lift?
The breasts sag over time as a result of the aging process, massive weight loss, breastfeeding, the downward pull of gravity, and many other factors. This results in downward-pointing nipples and areolae, along with a drooping appearance.
A non-invasive breast lift is a breast-enhancement procedure that does not require surgery in order to revitalize the breasts. This treatment can improve the positioning of their breasts so that they are no longer sagging or asymmetrical.
No incisions of any kind are needed to achieve these results. This means no scalpels, no post-surgical incision marks, no stitches, and no risk of infection. Additionally, there’s no need for the patient to be placed under general anesthesia, which helps to avoid the nausea and other complications that can accompany it.
How Does Dr. Kornstein’s Non-Invasive Breast Lift Work?
Dr. Kornstein’s approach utilizes the Profound® RF transcutaneous radio-frequency energy treatment. This technique treats one of the main causes of sagging: a decline in natural collagen production.
Over time, the body produces less collagen protein. Existing collagen fibers in the skin tissues lose their structure. These changes result in tissue laxity and a loss of skin elasticity. As the skin becomes loose, the breasts droop.
Profound RF targets the breasts’ deep tissue layer. The radio-frequency energy heats the ligaments and soft tissues of the area, boosting natural collagen production and remodeling collagen fibers. As the ligaments and soft tissues become tighter, the breasts regain their former position, becoming lifted, rejuvenated, and youthful.
Good Candidates for a Non-Invasive Breast Lift
Good candidates for a non-invasive breast lift are patients who don’t want to deal with long and uncomfortable recovery periods after surgery. If your breasts are sagging and you’d like to restore their perkiness non-surgically, this treatment is most likely right for you.
Your Consultation
When the patient comes in for their consultation with Dr. Kornstein, they will be able to express their aesthetic needs and goals. Dr. Kornstein will then go over the details of his non-invasive breast lift technique, including preparation and aftercare directions. Patients are encouraged to ask questions at any time.
Dr. Kornstein will ask about the patient’s medical history and health in order to determine eligibility. This will include a discussion of past procedures and treatments, along with questions about any pre-existing health conditions. Dr. Kornstein will also perform a physical examination. Finally, a date will be set for the treatment session.
Your Session
The non-surgical deep-layer breast lift treatment is typically performed in-office. The process is completely comfortable and painless thanks to a combination of laughing gas and local anesthesia. The treatment’s handpiece is used to direct RF energy towards key regions of the breasts, triggering the collagen-remodeling process.
Non-Invasive Breast Lift Aftercare
One of the best aspects of Dr. Kornstein’s non-invasive breast lift is the lack of extensive recovery period. Patients won’t need to deal with incisions, stitches, drains, or discomfort. Recovery is typically only two to five days.
Usually, only a single non-invasive breast lift session is required for optimal lifting. Results appear gradually and look very natural. In around three to six months, full results can be enjoyed. The breasts will have improved firmness, perkiness, and structure.

Over more than 20 years of clinical cosmetic practice treating facial and body aging I have noticed that there is an acceleration of aging that occurs around age forty to forty-eight. This phenomenon, when brought to the attention of my patients, is greeted with a knowing nod. I believe this accelerated aging is due to a progressive loss of blood supply. Without blood supply, tissues are unable to repair themselves and thus undergo a qualitative loss of youthfulness. I have come to the conclusion that cosmetic procedures require both treatment of the aging process in addition to the primary objective, reshaping of the tissues. In patients 40 and older it requires rejuvenation as well as contouring of aesthetic regions as a whole and not just an area at a time, as rejuvenation is as important as natural aesthetic tissue shaping and contour.
The aging face, especially the neck, undergo accelerated aging due to the synergistic effects of progressive loss of blood supply and gravitationally induced tissue degeneration; the breast and buttock are both more prone to tissue qualitative degeneration (because of their positioning away from skeleton support)as well as sagging; both the arms and the thighs-knees are farther from the source of blood flow as well as susceptible to gravitation tissue degeneration because of age related loss of muscle mass support. These are examples of aesthetic aging areas that require qualitative rejuvenation.
For facial bone and fat loss, adipose derived healthy fat cells replace missing contour and support, and stimulates blood supply; for facial and body soft tissues, radio-frequency with experimentally determined target time and temperature and/or helium plasma provide for facial and body soft tissue tightening, contouring and qualitative rejuvenation.
With an intimate knowledge of anatomy and understanding of the aging process, my patients are better prepared for what lies ahead and can look and feel better from head to toe.
